Success in leading and enhancing diversity and inclusion efforts can be demonstrated in many ways...

MEMBERS

The diversity profession has evolved organically as a subset of Human Resources over the past two decades. However, it currently lacks formal qualifications for practitioners. The Global Inclusion List (GIL), established in 2016, was created to address this critical gap in the field.

There is no universal, independent standard to measure an organization's performance in delivering diversity initiatives on a global scale.

The GIL has become the global benchmark for excellence in diversity. Organisations aiming to establish themselves as credible leaders in diversity must seek accreditation through the Global Inclusion List.

As part of this recognition, a Global Inclusion List quality mark will be awarded to honourees, which can be proudly displayed on websites, emails, and social media platforms.

The Global Inclusion List is part of GlobalInclusivity.org

OUR MISSION

OUR MISSION
Equality, diversity and inclusion are concepts which are fast becoming part of mainstream thinking – but despite great strides which have been made in recent years, there’s still a long way to go. We believe that by both promoting these core values, and acknowledging those individuals who go the extra mile to ensure a fair playing field for all, we can help advance the diversity agenda so that all members of the community feel they each have an equal stake in wider society.
